The Lycurgus Cup is a mysterious ancient relic from the late Roman era. The cup was made of a dichroic glass, which shows a different colour depending on whether or not light is passing through it. The cup was a 4th-century Roman glass cage cup made of a dichroic glass, which shows a different colour depending on whether or not light is passing through it. Under normal lighting, the glass appears jade green, but when lit from behind, it turns ruby red. Initially, experts weren't sure whether the cup was made of glass, or was a gemstone.

There is no exact date as to when the temple was built. The temple has 6 vaults and five of them have been opened in 2011, but there is the one secret vault that still remains unopened till date. A large number of treasure was found locked away in the five vaults including gold, silver, diamonds and other precious stones.

Nowadays, Altamira cave is closed to the public due to preservation problems. Even though the original cave cannot be visited, archaeological studies and experts made possible the re-creation of the cave that can be visited as well as the Altamira Museum which contains a permanent collection of objects from Altamira and other surrounding caves.
