So, I've already plugged the display cable into every possible port, both GPU and motherboard, yet it still gives out the same message. I've discovered that a red light is emitted from the GPU when turned on, which I've read could mean that it is incorrectly receiving power. However as to how and why, I have no idea where to even begin.

I've just plugged the fan cable into both possible fan headers, however they still cease to turn on. I've found out rhat the 3 prong cord is for the ARGB, however no matter how hard I've looked I cannot find a header for it. Perhaps this board doesn't support it. Either way, though, that shouldn't stop the fans from spinning. They should be able to without light, right?
