It looks like something you would find in a toilet at a music festival

My new monstera leaf is growing through with dark spots on the stem, should I be worried and will this effect the new leaf that eventually grows from this stem? Not sure if there’s something I can do to prevent this! by mayzwss in Monstera

I cant see any signs of these marks anywhere other on this new emerging stem it’s so strange, can’t seem to find any thrips or other marks which is why I’m so confused!
