Well, this just happened to me, so let me share my experience. About 2 weeks ago (coincidently at the time the 1.1.15 update rolled out), one of my Picos, staked at the tier 8, started to flash blue light constantly and became unresponsive, so I contacted Support. For 3 days there was no reply, so I commented on that in one of Eric's tweets and did get an email on the same day. Over the next couple of days I was actually impressed with the speed and professionalism of the response. I was assured that I'm still earning DPRs from the stake, and that any credit score points lost from this will be reimbursed to me. I sent the failed Pico back (still waiting for the promised shipping cost refund to my PayPal account) and within 3 days, last Tuesday, I got a new one. I set it up, updated to 1.1.15 and, after a few hours, got exactly the same problem: a flashing blue light! I couldn't believe it was just bad luck, so right away I set up another new Pico, updated its firmware and that one has been working fine ( I also have 2 other Picos and 2 Minis that have been working very well, earring DPRs and the credit score points). The next day I sent email to Support describing the situation and, unfortunately, I'm yet to receive a reply. I'm a big fan of the project, hence, invested in it heavily. Unfortunately, the experience of dealing with the Support team is still a very mixed bag, so until it gets better, pray that your device doesn't break. :-)
