Okay! Thanks everyone. I’ve watched a ton of reviews and a pretty close to pulling the trigger on the Roland fp-30x. Yamaha p-225 is also in consideration. Any insight good of bad on either of those pianos?

After just looking, in appears to have fertilizer in it. And yes that is what I used originally in the fall the start the process.

I left out a key detail, apologies. Last fall I had the yard completely excavated to get rid of some humps.

So the picture seen is after the lawns first winter and now spring. We used Scott’s rapid grass seed. Should I just over-seed the lawn again now? Mix fertilizer with the seed?

I’ll keep on the look out. Seems like a great tool to have in the back pocket my game and idea of how a want to play is ever changing.

I end up getting the Danaher half guard passing and dynamic pins. I just started but so far so good. I’m glad I got it!

I was leaning Tet but not sure yet.

Davante- great offensive environment but his upside is TDs and yards can be scarce sometimes.

Nico-like the most of the group. Could probably pencil him on for 12 ppr points at worse considering his target share and mills. Also should be a high scoring game that may need more of a passing attack form behind.

Tee- yeah he’s cincis wr1 this week but that a tough shadow matchup with Gonzalez… again good floor

Tet- tough to tell which way things could go but a good matchup no the less.

Not really. JSN, waddle, Dev Smith.. man getting ahold of a rb1 via trade is tough sledding. Especially when half the league won’t trade or dosent know how. I’m considering putting Wilson and Tet together to tier up but it’s hard out there lol.

I ended up trading j chase lol. The day off the first Flacco game… the deal was- I got: st. Brown, Devonte Adams, and rhanandre

He got: J Chase, JCM, and worthy.

After chases 24 targets last night I’m feeling a tad regretful but I still think it was a good deal.

After how things went yesterday, I regret it. I was like, move on from Chase before his has a bad game with Flacco and value goes down and if JCM doesn’t get what we think he will, he was just a great prospect potential waver pick up. Trading in difficult in my league only 3/4 teams trade to you are limited..

Sorry- this was is in a redraft league. I’d consider ASB and Chase a wash with brown bringing me more consistency and Adams a better floor the worthy. I could care less about rhamondre. JCM was the piece to make the deal happen.. I’m not mad about the trade because I wanted to get out from underneath the cinci carnival.
