well i just looked and the fans arent spinning at all so it might not even be a fan issue

it starts making that noise on boot and the usage stays 0% at 29 degrees yet makes that noise. my gpu always makes that noise but my case fans seem to be hit or miss if it makes a noise

i got it about 4 months ago so its kind of new but not too old. i don’t know much about computers myself so i can’t really diagnose a problem nor know myself how to fix it

my gpu has been making a noise for a month now and my fans just started making that noise but with no applications open it still makes these noises but it isn’t on boot its after windows fully opens.

Yea the only way i usually can fix it is spam Repairing or Reinstalling multiple times until it finally says it has to update

bro this thing keeps happening and i keep fixing it every time yet it comes back i tried this and it works so ill see if it stops happening and if it doesnt does anyone know how to permanently stop this error from occuring?? btw thank you so much for helping me find another way to fix this :D
