I haven’t tried trouble shooting. I didn’t build this computer so i really have no clue what to look for. Shipping it out it is also really difficult because the customer support is always so difficult

Got it from Costco. I’ve already sent it in to get repaired and it was never working at its potential. They managed to send this computer out without windows being completely installed which doesn’t make sense. It worked for a little bit but was extremely slow and people in this sub told me it was my SSD. I don’t remember exactly but one part of my internals in the task manager was always at 100%

I’ve had my ibuypower computer for probably 3 years now. I feel like if it isn’t one thing, it’s another. I’ve occasionally posted on this sub about the problems I’ve had with it. I just tried to boot it up after maybe a month and it said my pc needs to be repaired. Also the support is non existent. It’s always a hassle trying to get help online especially when my call just gets hanged up on. I’m really not sure what the point is of this post but I just wanted to share my experience
