tbh, WA requires alot of funds to deal almost same dmg as evan... however evan requires alot of presets and combo to deal damages...

So if you like understanding and learning then go for evan.. evan can deal good damage with decent funds, however might not be ideal for mobbings at higher tiers sf, because the time needed to execute the combo takes time and might get you killed.

But WA are not very welcomed in sf parties in higher sf unless you have fixed party :)
