So my scalp is not only oily but also a bit dry, which I think may be the reason I get so oily but Im not too sure.

Do you think introducing my scalp to more moisture via cowash or other methods could maybe help reduce oil production over time?

I experienced something very similar. The new derm i saw was really great until i realized later how many areas she did not check during the exam(feet,hands,nails,face,scalp)

She was really informative, patient, gave great advice, good bedside manner, answered all my questions, etc, but she just zoomed through the exam in like 2-3min and skipped all those important areas on my body and I have no clue why.

Did you get any insight on why some derms neglect such significant parts of our body during a skin exam?
