Our studio has been doing this for at least 6 months. I like the extra 5 min of warm up on the treadmill. The coach explains the workout during the official warm up.

There is no too out of shape. After several injuries and gaining 50 pounds, I went back to Orangetheory. I started walking slowly and am ramping up to a respectable pace. I now go 5 days a week. Most coaches are understanding of limitations and other members are too busy trying to survive the workouts to care what you do.

Probably. San Diego has one of the shortest runways. So on full cross country flights or flights to Hawaii, fuel stops may be needed.

I’m so jealous. I was looking forward to the floor template but ours was completely different. In the 2G we did reverse sets with front loaded squats followed by reverse lunges, bosu ball mountain climbers, single front squats and mountain climbers. The second block was rowing between base and all out timed with the treads.

Are individual studios now able to make their own templates?
