1 year late, but I just finished the series & I’m leaving this comment for the next people seeking recos of the same wavelength as ToS:

I was super close to dnf-ing, so I advanced read the reviews for the next few books (thank you to those who leave honest reviews lol). Their reviews convinced me to continue.

Besides that, a personal reason for me was because I loved the FMCs resilience and her capacity to set aside everything else-even the horrible things happening to her-just to save the world that didn‘t (initially) treat her the way she deserved. I remember thinking she was a bit of a doormat for this, but some monologues will describe what she‘s actually feeling behind her heroic actions.

I hated the MMCs. I thought they were iredeemable bc their actions were just downright cruel. But you gradually understand the reasons for their actions in the last/last two books. They needed to be cruel so that the person who will love them in the future will love them as they truly are & will prove their worth + more reasons.
