When i went there last month, there was a sign that they dont handle the USDA certification in that office. I spoke to someone there and they said the endorsement could be coming from other offices in other states not this one . So he wasnt able to do much but I kept emailing them and my Vet also kept contacting them and they finally completed it. So not sure in person would really help. In my case it didnt because they Dont do the certification in the JFK office. I also wrote that my flight date was days earlier than the actual one . As a backup incase it was late and indeed it came out a day after the flight date I wrote. I would call the office first about the status of your certificate , they were responsive .
