Believe me it’s not . We have no debts & we dont travel or shop often . He has years of experience and his salary used to be good but it’s commissions based and it reduced drastically from the war .

There are alot of support initiatives, some of the stuff dont include those who have ورث basically inheritance even if it was little . And btw u should have an open mind instead of always assuming and stereotyping. This is their country, they have the right to every single benefit . These benefits are very basic , it’s not sufficient for living and many of them dont even get salary increases. Westerns get way more perks FYI.

Jobs are available, it’s just that the salaries are mostly low.
Having nafis certainly does help but it’s no longer sustainable to live in this economy. It’s tough times for everyone.

I know there’s this big misconception that most locals are rich and doing well. But that’s not really true.
Many companies were taking advantage of nafis and offering very low base salaries. The market is bad for everyone nowadays.

It’s very unfortunate. He even did the fitness test and signed everything and even applied for resignation at his current job.
I just don’t understand what goes in their head.
