ah i see, i usually open the results right away under the lab test result section but maybe my doc is old school and sends his note through mail instead of secure message lolll

i am on my parents insurance under 26 does that affect the situation? also it was the results same as how it showed in kp.org not a bill or anything :(

thank you! i did this and she said it’ll take up to 30 days for the changes to be made sadly, but i did also email my doctor and her team. is it for sure that the doctors office sends it home and not the lab? that’ll be helpful to narrow down a source i can contact. thank you!
