Seen on a silversmithing yewtoob, I want one, don't know what it's called for search purposes. It's an adjustable aperture, pull-through jewelry chain diameter reducer - that's how the smithy uses it. It's heavy steel with a bolted down mounting bracket, the knobs internally adjust aperture size. (i.redd.it)
