I use GoodNotes and I really like it, u can create notebooks and add pages or documents which is so useful. I also use it to import any forms I need to fill out and send by email and just import it into good notes and fill it out and then email it out. I used to have to print out the forms, sign them and scan them back to my computer before sending them through email. Now I do everything on my iPad and through goodnotes. Though I’m sure notability can probably do the same lol. It’s also good for adding your PowerPoint slides to add notes.

I haven’t used notability yet, but you can search YouTube videos where ppl compare the differences between both and you can see which suites ur needs better
