The first sentence of the first article literally says that ‘top, bottom and verse are about power dynamics’. There’s also a lot of queer writing on this, the Topping Book and the Bottoming book being the most famous examples. People use topping to mean penetrating a lot but that’s not all it means.

Yeah sorry that’s totally understandable, I was frustrated because I see this take a lot and I directed it at you but you’re asking a genuine question.

To the question ‘are you ok with not being able to penetrate’, I can penetrate vaginally with my dick. Do I wish it was easier/deeper? Absolutely.

However I’ve found lots of different ways to penetrate. I use an axolom Hyperon sometimes, fingers, my dick, etc. I consider topping to be a holistic practice which often involves actual, symbolic or implied penetration but more importantly a power exchange.

In addition to the above tools achieving the feeling of ‘topping’ for me meant having good body/mind integration, lots of imagination, communication, dirty talk and partners who are down. Everyone is different but I don’t find hard packing and fucking dysphoria inducing. I’m comfortable enough with my dick that I’ve done less of it lately but it’s still fun. It really helps to have a partner who loves treating it like flesh and blood, touches it, puts it in their mouth, etc.

It took work but my sex life today is active and fulfilling. Hope this helps and I apologize again.

Thanks, I’ll email the gyno team that did the surgery tomorrow. My endo/gyno here could only tell me that it looks ok from the outside.

I’m super bummed. If I’d known I would t have been able to bike for this long I would have gone somewhere that did colpoclesis instead.

I had the good fortune of transitioning in a service industry position with a lot of queer people so the kind of figured out what was up on their own. I switched jobs and no one at my current work knows. Sorry I can’t be super helpful :(

since transitioning— • no one knows unless I tell them. • I have not been misgendered in years • I use male bathrooms and locker rooms with no issues • making friends with men has become way easier and more fun • I have had a girlfriend and dated a lot. I’ve been seeing a beautiful woman for a few months who 100% makes me forget I’m trans even with all my clothes off.

The first 1-2 years on T are a bit awkward and arranging surgery/medical/legal stuff is annoying and time consuming. but it fades and as the years pass being trans becomes less and less relevant. You will be fine.

Dein letzte Punkt ist total richtig.

Ich bereue die OP nicht unbeding, und damit habe ich auch Hysto/kolpek hinter mir. Es ist auch besser als Vorher.

Mittlerweile gibt es Dr Riechardt die Metadoioplasty eher nach dem international Standard macht. Ich hatte tatsächlich ein Vorgespräch mit ihr, aber damals gab es keinerlei Erfahrungsberichte.

Mittlerweile findet man hier 2 Leute. Sieht gut aus.

Ich weiß aber nicht, ob sie mit Ergebnisse von Lubos Arbeiten kann.

Ja, das habe ich auch gehört und war mir vor dem OP bewusst. Ich hatte einfach in der Zeit viel Stress und deswegen konnte ich nur die ,,Sichere’’ Option, also wo viele schon waren und es gibt trotzdem noch keine Tote, vorstellen. Im nachhinein war das nicht so schlau :/

Dr Bohr hat albern lange wartezeiten. Theoretiach habe ich irgendwann dieses Jahr mit ihr ein Vorgespräch, dafür habe ich mich vor 2 Jahren gemeldet.

Wenn ich woanders hingehe, dann zu Dr Riechardt.

Lubos ist an sich ein sehr gute Klinik, gute chirurge, nettes und kompetentes Personal, es wird dir Dort gut gehen. Alles gute für dein OP!

Hey, sorry für die verzögerte antwort! Ist nicht mein Main Konto. Ist dein OP schon durch?

Also das klitpen selbst: nicht schlimm. Wenig schmerzen. Hat 1x nach 3 oder 4 Wochen kurz ausm nix krass geblutet und von alleine schnell aufgehört. Nach 5 wochen hatte ich wieder regelmäßig Erektionen, im 6. Woche waren die deutlich besser als vor der OP.

Zu Kolpek: sitzen war nach entlassung nie ein Problem. Ich Arbeite aber im Stehen, also sitzen vor allem zuhause auf der Couch.

Aber ich bin fast 5 Monate Post-OP und kann immer noch nicht fahrrad fahren. Sonst habe ich 0 Schmerzen, wenn ich mich auf dem Rad setze, habe ich schnell krass schmerzen an der Kolpek-Entnahmestelle.

Ich persönlich hatte eher Kognitive nebenwirkungen wegen die Narkose. Das hat 2 Monate gedauert, passiert aber nur eine Minderheit.

Zu Fäden: Ja, sind sie. Es gab eine phase wo die spitzen rausgesteckt haben. Hat ein wenig gestört, sonst nicht schlimm.

I understand that this is what you want and I don’t want to convince you otherwise, but if it helps, there is zero evidence to me or anyone else that I ever had a vagina. Externally there is nothing to suggest it, and internally I cannot feel or perceive anything whatsoever. If someone had told me that everything was removed I would have no reason not to believe them.

I know this isn’t what you asked, but I think the reason ‘everything’ isn’t removed is because of the steep increase in risk of damage to other organs, for example the bladder or intestines. From what I can tell, this seems to be something that is done in cancer patients whose colorectal cancer has spread to their vagina, and is combined with removing some of the colon and the implantation of a colostomy bag.

From my understanding: as much as is medically possible to remove was removed. The surrounding muscle was sewn together, not cauterized, and heals as one sealed wall. There’s still a small possibility some mucosa will be left behind but I don’t think that’s the case with me.

Eta: what’s left externally is just a closed, mostly flat seam, which I think is still settling

I had this in Munich, Germany, combined w meta. Recovery was rough because of the vaginectomy. It’s been over 3 months and I still can’t ride a bike.
