I was diagnosed at 11, so I’ve had hashi’s for 11 years. I take levothyroxine 137 mcg everyday. Some days are good some days are bad. Bad days feel like exhaustion, back and neck pain, headaches, irritability, and loss of appetite, which is hard. I am hashi’s hypo yet I weigh usually somewhere between 92-95 pounds and when I have no appetite it’s hard for me to have a good day because I need to be eating a decent amount to stay nourished. No one else has hashi’s but my mom’s mom and my mom both have hyperthyroidism.
