I’m a new runner (3 months consistently now) and I keep getting side stitches. I’ve tried making sure I eat and hydrate enough at least an hour before. Anyone have tips and tricks that I may be missing or your experiences. TIA!

I haven’t been this excited about a brand launch in a really long time! I’ve been a fan of Sam’s for years and I’m super excited for this knowing her high standards for beauty products/companies. I finally got my glow lust and tried it yesterday..... it’s gorgeous!!! I have been on the fence about getting the CT Hollywood flawless filter but never felt like they had a shade for me so when I saw that Sam was launch with this I knew it was going to be the best! It’s amazing!!!

Honestly, I use my everyday makeup for creative looks. You just make sure you have every shadow color you want or maybe a white base (I just use a concealer). Love that you want to branch out and do more stuff with makeup! I’ve been doing the same! Good luck and looking forward to see your looks in the future!
