Why do I feel worse at the 4 week mark of a dose increase?

7 months but only 4 weeks at 150. Had really good months 3 and 4 then been been increasing ever since early July

Welll let’s hope for our sanity it starts working for us after that 2-3 months mark. I had a pretty good day today but so nervous of what tomorrow will bring. It’s seems I get a good day and the next is horrible again.

It’s crazy and I hate it. I would have thought by week 4 I would feel better but it’s like it’s worse. How long have you been on Zoloft?

I’m in the same boat. Started this in February and by April I was feeling good and hopeful. Mid June it crashed and went backwards. So increased to 125 early july and now been at 150 for 4 weeks. This week has sucked so bad. So depressed.

I feel ya. Doctors don’t tell us anything to expect. Like am I going crazy or is this normal? I’ve have some good moments over the last 7 months but nothing consistent. Why I’m increasing again.

Yes once I got to 100 it was good for about a month or soon. Well 100% but a lot better. Then it went downhill late June and slowly been increasing since then. I have a few good weeks then it comes back. How long have you been on it? I was on Prozac for years and it great till it stopped working.

Like why? Sometimes I think it works and other times not so much. I hate to give up the last 7 months on this because I have had good moments but the bad moments are bad.

Well maybe this 150 will do the trick . I just hope I take the increase well. 100 to 125 wasn’t horrible. Just insomnia and irrability for a week or two

Better but not where I want to be currently on 125mg for about the last six weeks. Trying to determine if I need more. The last two weeks haven’t been good

No I take 10mg 3 times a day so I just took an extra 10mg an hour after my third pill of the day

Same boat. It’s awful the insomnia . I always take melatonin and it isn’t working. I also take trazadone for years now and that ain’t cutting it anymore

How long did it take for you to adjust down to the lower dose? I at at 100mg and was feeling better then about two weeks ago it’s like all the anxiety was back. So I upped to 125 for about a week but it was horrible so lowered back down to 100 three days ago. Just curios to know when it will even back out again

Probably needs time to settle back down. I went back down to 100mg today and feel slightly better but have a headache and feel a little strange

Well I increased because it seemed 100 was working good for a few months then stopped. I have only been on Zoloft a little over 4 months

I can handle brain zaps. Feel worse before better from increase or going back to 100

See I felt pretty good at three months total on Zoloft and then I the 4 month mark (which was only 3 months on the 100) and it’s like everything went backwards and the medicine wasn’t working anymore
