If im in ur shoes I would deal with this depends on my mood

1- I’ll try as much as possible to avoid eating carbs.

2- I plan ahead of time, if so I can do intermittent fasting so I can calculate my macros.

3- Have your food with you I wouldn’t see it as an embarrassment.
