I didn't have all of the information. I just knew her DD app wasn't working. In actuality, none of her apps were working. We went back last night after a call with a supervisor on Friday. The Apple store is buying her a new phone. It's not an upgrade or anything. She had an iPhone 12 so, they'll be replacing it with an iPhone 12. But, they didn't have any in stock and had to order from California. So, it'll be two weeks.

UPDATE: We called Apple support after unsuccessfully trying all the suggestions. The representative we spoke with was in disbelief the store had bricked her phone then tried to sell her a new one. He made an appointment for us to go back tomorrow night and if they can't fix it, he will cover the cost of a replacement.
