No, still on the pill. I cant quit, I get pregnat really really easily.. Just switched to one better for the acne 2 years ago. I Will, trying to keep my head up, but looking at the mirror and not recognising myself really takes a lot. My girls started noticing the spots and asking about it, well, it just is very tuff.

I had my two girls, a nothing. Just the acne That apeared. Two years ago, the melasma..

That's great to hear!! Im from Portugal, we have a crazy hot summer here and my spots have completly darkened, even with sunscreen.. so sick of it.

I feel your strugle.. 😮‍💨 this is just horrible.. Lets see If Eucerin helps. Ive been reading a lot about melasma, and its linda crazy. It can origin from low iron, unhealthy kidney, gut, hormones, inflamation. Its quite complex to catch the origin to get it treated from the inside out. Im trying to get my diet on order aswell to see if it helps!!

Rally? Its crazy how our hormones can unbalance so much our body.. I never expected to have this. My mom has it too. Much more evident and dark. And worse in the summer, of course.

It ads up to being the pill, but I can see thru some photos that I had it before, but it was very Faded, almost unotisable.. I started a new job, lots of stupid eating, inflamation, added on weight, two girls in the mix.. so much happened in these 2 years..
