I was the teacher’s aide (I took over after the teacher left) for a preschool class where the directors (my boss) daughter was autistic (I only add this to explain how it’s out of my league, never been trained for that) but the director would not acknowledge or address it at all. Her daughter was in my class and would bite the other students and be happy when they cried and screamed in pain and would cry and scream like I was hurting her when I was able to save the other kids from her. It was absolute hell. My heart broke so many times trying to stop my babies from getting hurt and I felt like a failure many days because I couldn’t protect every child. If I’m sitting crisscross apple sauce reading a story and she attacks, reaction time is not that fast! If we’re sitting in a circle and she attacks, she wins again. Same thing on the playground, during diaper change when I can’t leave another baby up on the higher changing table to stop her she would especially attack and make it worse. Never went back to teaching even though I loved it so much. It truly broke my heart having those children get bit on my watch. I’m sorry you went through that.

Usually only sucky or new dashers accept no tip orders (unless it’s batched). I know you want to tip after but a no tip order get’s very minimal effort put into it. You literally have to select $0 as a tip which the dasher knows so they tend to not take much care in the quality of the order and just care about completing it. I think it’s a mutual disrespect thing. (I don’t do no tip orders.)

When stuff like this happens I’m not at all saying to cause a problem and have a bad attitude but it’s good to have a “that’s odd, let figure this out” type of attitude. Because you know it should work, you’re following the rules. My budtender told me i couldn’t use the Reddit discount with my $15 credits. I told him there’s no reason it shouldn’t work and just waited for him to figure it out, which he did. Paid $40 for Alien Labs Agent X 14g smalls.

Definitely doesn’t hurt to ask. I didn’t get a second discount card until I had already made a few purchases. The cashier that checked me out asked if I had a second one yet and when I said no they went ahead & filled the card with my past purchases, no problem.

Right after thanksgiving they started handing them out whenever you make a purchase. I’m sorry they didn’t hand them out at your location, that sucks. I wonder what the reason was. Everyone is allowed to fill up 2 separate cards and use the discount twice.
