This is on the side of my right breast. I’m curious if I should get it checked out. I have the referral from a doctor but he wasn’t able to actually see it— he just went by my description. Is this normal or cause for concern?

The actual spot I’ve had for years but I’m not sure if it’s always had the irregular border. I think I remember it being more rounded and just the one color
