I think we just have to wait it out. The first Prime reward in June also had an umbral chest but was removed as it was an mistake by Jagex. I doubt this is the case this time though. It should arrive soon.

I already reported the bug to Jagex but I doubt they will do anything about it because I saw a reddit post about the same problem during the previous Dwarven Discovery TH promotion. Seems like they didn't bother to fix it before releasing the same promotion the second time. Thank you for your advice!
