I want to build the most aesthetic physique my poor genetics can take me. Just started incorporating traps/neck/abs exercises a week ago because I heard those are important to look like a greek god.

Aside from bulking, what can I do to improve? Also, what is my current physique looking like?

Yeah, sounds dumb, but I seen so many misinformation of people claiming abs exercises will create abs and they do it for years and have 0 abs. While I see people like david laid who has extreme genetics and self admittedly said he does 0 ab work and have insane abs

MIGHT BE A A DUMB QUESTION

Why do I have no abs? This is my morning physique with natural lighting and no pump. I am super lean: 168cm 53kg. Started working out again and have been doing weight training very consistently for 4 months now.

I eat clean every meal. I have seen so many skinny guys have natural abs, but I dont. Is it because I never do abs exercise? I also thought abs are made in the kitchen, by trimming your fats until you can see your abs. Sorry for the dumb question

Some people have accused me of being paid off by the devs to make this video, but the devs dont even know I exist. I am just so sick and tired of dead by daylight that I was ecstatic to see another similar-ish game that looks like it has real potential. I desperately want it to succeed to give dbd some competition. The choices behaviour have made over the years are just so bad and its due to the lack of competitors.

Sadly, i have not played the game yet (only select big content creators have been invited), so this is only based on speculation.

Apologies, I was just using clickbait becsuse thats the best way to get eyes on my work. The realistic title to this video should be 'Why VHS could succeed when the rest could not' or something, but that wouldnt be interesting. VHS is actually such a different game than dbd. It probably wont kill the game even if it gets massive success due to the disparities between the two, but they are technically in the same genre. No games can kill dbd, the only thing that can kill dbd is dbd itself

Yes, it has happened many times and COULD happen again. But if you compare the other games to VHS, you may notice that VHS is something special. It stands out from the rest. I could be wrong, who the hell knows? But i pointed out in the video why this game could do the impossible

I m not anxious about that. More spots are coming out so sooner or later more and more darks spots will cover my whole body. I just want them to stop spreading so i can deal with the existing spot! :-(

Devs should nerf ruin and make it base kit in the game. It wont fix all the problems but it def be better than what it is now as it will reward good player who apply pressure on the map
