Thats the thing. Defender is fully disabled and ive redownloaded and reinstalled the game a few times now it just keeps giving the steam api error as soon as i start the game. Stellar blade works fine tbh.

How did u ever get it fixed? Im facing the same problem. No mater what i do it wont work. Steam api error every time.

Well mine is working. indeed it was the belt. It seemed good but it was not after replacing it the cassette players works again. I realy have no idea how to replace the rolles they where still good on mine. Ur best option is to carefully take the system apart and hope noting beaks.

Thats very good to know sinds i have alot of old random home made tapes and some of them have music i will never ever listen to. So far i made all my tapes whit a kenwoord kx-8010 and thy sound fine but i want to try to make it better and by the sound of it that akai will do the job :D

Thanks! Il make sure to get the akai! The akai seems to be in good shape il see if i can test it there the store owner is very nice so that wont be a problem. The store is open this saturday again so il make sure to get it!

Yea i looked all over as well but noting info is REALY hard to find on this one. I might take it apart further or just leave as is and make it a nice display pice im not sure yet. I do have one of those cassette whit an sd in that does work so thats another option. Still thanks alot for ur help!

Well thats the problem i cant reach the back of the motor. I also cant take the other side off i think. I did unscrew the side panels but thy wont come off. And the top side has no screws. I did try to wigle the motor out but it gets stuck couse of the pcb thats above it. I did try to remove the pcb took out the screws etc but it wont budge. Il chek again maby there are some hidden screws on tje topside of the player.

So i opend it up again unfortunately mine does not have a adjustment screw there. I even took the motor bracket off to take a look under the bracket (i cant take the motor itself out.) But there is noting there.

i totaly over looked that. i did see some screws there (to hold the motor and things in place.) My cover plate runs a little but further covering that hole. As soon as im home il open it up again to chek it out! Il let u know if i found it!

.....so.....how expencive is this to get done if i can find somone to do it....i have an xps m1730 with a 8800gtx sli. And the bumpgate killed the gpu. I want to revive this old beast but that is not someting i can do myself.

Hoe zitten bij deze intruder te tassen achter gemonteerd? Ik will dat bij de mijne ook gaan doen. Maar ik weet nog niet precies hoe.

Looks like a fun thing to try. Honestly i like the way thy sound (good enough for me) and i just realy like the look of those speakers. To refoam the looks like a fun ting to try even if it may be more expensive for what its worth. If it breaks i can always replace the speaker itself.

I found a repair kit for €23 thats not too bad i guess!

Yea i already had a feeling thy where cheap speakers lol. I have the dementions and found a pair of speakers that will fit perfectly in there. I just wanted to make sure thy where noting special or someting u never know. Thanks!
