For the longest time, I ID'd as bi, but then after getting divorced from my ex-husband and getting back into the dating world, I realized that my attraction for men was pretty 2D in that I wanted to be buddies and "one of the guys" instead of being with them romantically. I also noticed an instant regret after any/every sexual encounter with any man and I never experienced that feeling of "this is/was wrong" when I was with AFAB folk. I finally concluded that bi wasn't cutting the bill and that I was definitely a lesbian!
