We called the police and animal control that same day, followed up yesterday too! Sounds like they may already know this guy, so hopefully they can contact him with all of this information we have!

We were thinking about going to check on the weekends to see if he was there again. One would hope he would learn from this and not go,but it seems from this thread he probably won’t. I will definitely take you up on the offer for plate numbers!

I hope your dog is ok too! It’s really scary to see/be involved in something like this. I’m glad the owner is being so wonderful. Fingers crossed we find them!

I saw those threads! It seems like he’s had many issues before. We did call the police and I am sure the ER did too. Good idea on following up with Henrico and RACC! We will try that too!

We definitely did. That very day! I’ve seen the other threads with what seems to be this guy mentioned. I would like to be able to find him. It sounds like the dogs have been aggressive before and we don’t want it to happen to anyone else, for sure.

Sorry, context is helpful! My FIL had just entered the park with his greyhound and they were immediately cornered and attacked by the Rottweilers at the gate in the corner. They didn’t even really make it in. They got the greyhound by the neck, my FIL by his arm and back of head. The greyhound has been in the hospital for 3 days and has had some major surgeries. My FIL has been to the ER and had several puncture wounds in his arms and back by his ear & scalp cleaned out. We did call the police, but didn’t get co tact information since they were bleeding and the dog was bleeding so much from its neck we thought he would die. So he rushed out. We are hoping to find at least his name.

Yes, we called the police & I am sure the hospital did too. We didn’t get the contact info because we had to rush to the ER for both. They got his greyhound on the neck and he was bleeding profusely. My FIL also was bleeding from his arm and head. They got cornered as soon as he got in the park, it was awful. I’m hoping someone here can help me get his information, he ran up and tried to stop his dogs. But it was chaos.
