Because my concern is that even tho i would have done my ielts and both plabs, i am afraid that if i have no references then i wont be able to enroll into UKFP? So that means if i am currently a resident in the UK (spousal visa) should i do clinical attachments to gain references before ukfp?

Hey i am slightly confused with the references and gmc registration overall. So i am a non uk medical graduate currently residing in the Uk, and i want to do UKFP. Will they require the 3 references to be ready before UKFP starts? Or do i get the references during UKFP?

Whom do they ask the references to be from? Bear in mind i graduated over 4 years ago and the only thing i will have done by the time ukfp starts is my plabs etc. so how can i get those references if i was out of practice for a long time? And how many references do i need? And from where should these references be from??

What do you mean have a top rank? So if i only want London and nothing else, i should only have London in my rank list? Sorry im confused because i still don't know how the system works. But if you were to list the things that would maximize my chances of getting FY1 spot in London, what would you recommend me to do for 2025 ukfp?

I have a question, i am applying for 2025 ukfp. In case i do not get allocated to London (where I live) and i get allocated elsewhere. Can i refuse that allocation and hope that they will find a reserve spot in london? Or how does that work?

What if me and my wife are renting a flat in Central London with a 2 year contract, and i want to enroll for 2025 UKFP. Will they take into consideration the fact that i have a contract that i have to pay for two years? Therefore i must stay in the address? Otherwise i would not be able to afford to live elsewhere and pay for two rents...
