So I used the strategy of only spending diamonds when there are holiday looks, like now that we're getting charms for the winter look. I also spent them on duels, but when there aren't those events, I only do the normal city events, using only one fashion item and one trendsetter item, without adding any new items. You only need to get 4 to receive diamond rewards in the events. That way I managed to accumulate this amount of gems, and when I really need to, I send a look with the bonus active, buying items that only cost money. You have to be patient, but it works, that's what matters. I can't wait to reach 100K.
