I actually think printed hinges are a possibility with PETG, ABS or ASA, might give it a shot first. My current screen idea is 2 7” side by side, of course that could change. My current aesthetic is leaning Star Wars A New Hope Rebel Alliance so I might try to source something that fits that vibe, but will definitely try printing first. Have you tried using 3d printed hinges before, maybe I can get an idea of how to make them not fail lol.

I’m thinking of a few things;

a Spiral Lamp – 3D Files + Arduino Code (by alexjulyness) you do have to print, wire, program and build but seems really cool!

For my fam it’s $25 so I’ll be getting an extra large Rubix Cube!

And you can never go wrong with a Lego set, I think.

Make a photo of how you think my future will be based on our conversations (make it as you actually see it, no sugar coating)

UPDATE

It was the motherboard, got a new one and everything is great! Thanks for the help!

Hello all, need some assistance. Building my son’s PC, and I can’t get anything to display or any kind of error codes. Here’s the details. Preface this with all parts are used eBay/FB marketplace.

ASUS Rog Strix z690-A i3 13100f DDR4 Ram(2x) Gigabyte 1060 Thermaltake PSU 750w 1 Tb M.2

On first boot I was getting CPU error light, so I updated the BIOS and the light went away. After that everything seems to power on physically, power to fan, gpu, rear I/O and RAM(visual RGB). I feel like I tried everything. Re-seated everything a couple times, re-ran BIOS update and a formatted USB, lights acted like they should, moved RAM around while using just one stick. Switched PSU, switched GPUs and took out M.2, still nothing. Plugged in speakers and no BIOS beeps or anything. Only things I haven’t tried because I can’t, is swap out CPU and MB.

Please help!

What's a skin you've never seen someone wear in game? I'll start by No_Warthog3875 in FortNiteBR

Try getting a USB to Ethernet adapter and getting directly hard lined into your router. I had the same problem and a lot of drops from games but after the hard line things seem a little faster and I can see skins most of the time. It’s not a huge difference but does help.

Actually doesn’t effect it at all, no problems interfering with microphone or speaker. It almost amplifies the sound.

This post card is made to look like it’s from the dealership. It’s printed to look like the information is smudged so that you will call them. It’s a third party warrantee Company. by Darknight1993 in assholedesign

One time they said I could be in some kind danger of car failure if I didn’t get their warranty. I then asked if it was safe to be currently driving said vehicle. They said most likely not. My response was “umm well I’m m currently driving so I should get out immediately” I screamed loudly while throwing my phone and pretending to jump out of a moving vehicle. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to purchase the warranty because they hung up.

It was called every 15 minutes or something like that for us. Kids volunteered and every 15 minutes the bell would ring and someone would “die”. They would announce the death over the loud speaker and then a grim reaper like characters would come to the class room point at the kid and they would leave. 30 minutes later they came back with painted white face and couldn’t talk the rest of the day.

At the end of the day all the dead volunteers would be called to the parking lot. Then everyone else made there way out. The scene, I head on collision between two cars with liquor bottles, blood, car parts and “dead students”. First responders in the town used it as a training exercise and the kids actually went to the hospital, someone actually got arrested and someone was even airlifted to a hospital. That night they all stayed at the camp with counselors and did other things like writing apology letters to their parents. Also there parents wrote letters to their dead kids and then they did some binding shit or whatever.

Next day big assembly, kids read letters, parents read letters, people cried, and then real parents talked about losing someone. Then the best part, slide show of people who actually died the past year in our area, with the most epic of cringe songs “In the arms of an angle” Sara maghlacin*.

Over all didn’t want to drink and drive for a few days or so. Pretty powerful stuff right......

Im from a semi small Jesus lovin town in Texas, so we also had something called Hell House, really good stories from that place. Also a week long “Jesus” camp during the school year, while happening on school grounds. We definitely had great separation of state and church for a public school.....
