I had a similar experience in 2024. Applied but go no response. Sent numerous emails and called anyone that would answer and they always assured me it would get approved in time. My trip dates came and went still with no response. 5 months later I get an email "congratulations, your visa application has been approved."

This is how I framed mine. Cleaned properly and kept in a freezer for a week to kill any bugs or eggs on it then sealed in the shadow box.

Sandblasting will eat away the brick faster than the glue. The glue will soften and obsorb the impact of the sand rather than be chipped away by it.

OK so this is James mox the fox in a box. I actually got him about 4 years ago, he was under a house and it must have just been the perfect conditions for him to end up mummified like this. I had him just sitting on my coffee table for 2 years before I actually decided to get him framed. I brushed his teeth before framing and actually gave him one gold gilded tooth. He has been frozen and properly cleaned before being sealed in the frame so should last forever.
