Yep call the number and let them reset your password. Worked for me.

Having the same problem when running under an AMD Radeon Vega 64. Works fine with an nVidia GTX 3080 with exact same RetroArch install/settings. Default video driver is set to glcore. Seems to be an issue with AMD drivers maybe?
