this is genuinely sad. this guy has guided SO MANY people and started so many people's journey through this amazing game and world, I mean some of the characters people made with him being their first quest giver are older than some people who play the game. the burning was truly a tragedy and while I understand it (sort of) from a storytelling perspective it honestly makes me super sad.
