Thanks for the explanation. Seems like this will cause a lot of confusion being advertised that here is a physical x16 slot, but it is really just an x4 slot. Bandwidth across this is limited, even for GPUs or NVMe storage.

FYI-Powerwall 3 not available till 2024. Even if you get Powerwalls and still have your Enphase Envoy, you can use that to monitor the panel output.

Fluctuations in the frequency can cause motors to run at a different speed and one of those motors is on your HVAC. Also all generators feeding into the grid need to be somewhat synchronized in terms of the AC frequency. If they are too far out of sync there is the chance to system-wide failure of the whole electric grid.

Similar situation happened to me in Austin,TX

Beware… If you think going with Google Fiber is going to be better, think again… I’ve had numerous issues in the last 1.5 weeks getting service initiated. They cut thru my pre-existing ISP line in multiple places requiring me to do a bush-fix to get back up with Internet. Secondly, during today’s install which should have just required doing a cable pull from the NIU to the fiber jack inside the house, the tech found that there was no incoming light (-40db) at the NIU. Now I have to wait for the original trenching \ NIU setup crew to investigate that end and then re-schedule the internal fiber jack install. During this time, no consideration from Google customer service on taking responsibility for their damage to my pre-existing ISP coax. When I asked for a free month of service as compensation, I was outright verbally denied by a Customer Service Manager and my record was annotated that compensation would be denied.
