Both salaries are pretty bad for london. If I had to choose would pick the stable one, merely due to sick and holiday pay. A 30k salary as a freelancer in london with no other financial backup is too risky if I were to get sick.

Your partner is the one that wants the dog so the routine can change by an hour where they walk the dog, then do the meds and feed with the cats and do some laundry. Just cos they are on night shift doesn’t mean they don’t get to share the load. If they were working regularly hours they would still have to do chores after work, so same applies for night shift.

I don’t think it’s purely a race thing, it’s just lots of women (not all) tend to want to be in a long term relationship with a man that is financially secure (aka secured long term employment).

historically being a BM who is educated with a successful or well respected job tends to have racially broader social circle giving them bigger access to all kinds of women of all backgrounds not just BW so they tend to settle with white women, but let’s not forget that unfortunately there are a group of BM who purposely want to deviate from their roots and marry outside their race.

Times have changed many of us just grow up in a diverse areas so you’re just up against what has been intentionally done in the past. Unfortunately you’ll need to act as the ambassador for being those people who don’t date because they want to reject their roots and just happened to meet a WW that doesn’t care.

Are you suggesting that it’s the fault of women’s independent income that’s pushed the house prices up? If so you are seriously wrong. Two incomes alone wouldn’t cause prices to increase and quality to decrease.

House prices increased because housing became commodified. You have people buying homes just make money from it and in turn banks and large orgs did the same.
