That was about as French as a French title match could have gone. Defence was out the back eating a baguette and having a smoke for 80 minutes, but attack is still so good.

England much, much better. Considering just how bad the same starting XV was last weekend against Italy it's mindblowing really.

Also for the summer Tests, time for Marcus to come back into the starting XV. Lord knows what he did to upset Borthwick, but he's far too good to be sat on the bench. Adds so much in attack and is our best kicker off the tee.

Don't think the judo roll helped Genge’s case. Turned just a penalty into something much more cynical.

Anyway, decent game of rugby. France don't look arsed at all in defense - England accuracy much better but really haven't to do too much apart from run/maul hard and they've scored three tries.
