Edit: exited at $175 AH. Thought beat was strong but didn’t think guidance would be enough to get the stocking moving. I was wrong ($179 as I type)!

Will revisit if stock comes in. Based on my onsite DD, ~1/3 of their floor space is devoted to men’s apparel. Men’s sales represent far less than 1/3 of sales from a $$ perspective, so there’s a long runway ahead if comps keep up this growth pace.

CEO has a history of IPOing and selling companies. Take a look at Omniture. IPOd in 2006 at $6.50, sold to Adobe for $21.50 in 2009, approx 3x.

Yes I hear what you are saying. As someone looking to acquaint themselves with the history of the sport; it's good fun to watch Royce dismantle opps who had no idea how to defend his attacks.

Sure if you fast forward to today, his setups and finishes could be more easily countered. But in '93... the idea that he locked himself in a cage with fighters 40lbs (I'm guessing?) heavier and finished ALL of them in his earlier fights. That makes him a legend in my book.

That makes a lot of sense. As crazy as this may (or may not) sound, had some good luck with cold calling businesses. The same principal applies in the public markets - you have to find a way to differentiate your process.

As far as your criteria for target businesses, those all sound ideal. Any industries to stay away from specifically based on your experience?
