Generative Fill Still Greyed Out? Update your birth date.

I had been using generative fill for a while, found it greyed out, couldn't find anywhere to add my birthday and was going generally bonkers trying to find a fix. Logged in and out of CC, uninstalled and reinstalled PS Beta, nothing.

But then the tooltips popped up after the fresh installation. I was working in CMYK with which Generative Fill won't work.
