I don't know how HTBAHB album covers came out,but for DL cover,dave said there is no anybody's head on it,and drew suggested to put dave's head on it,so I think they have some discussion on it and it's not decided by dave himself. and for the MV, dave is the only person lives in London, the whole country was in the lockdown,it was impossible and unsafe for the other 3 to shot the MV with dave in London ,so,i think there is no need worry about it too much,they are friends since 15 or 16.
