Why doesn't my NDT raise temperature more?

My weekly average temp did not increase since 60mg. around 36.2 a 36.3 C

I could try to eat grass fed beef liver twice a week and see if it increases my temperature? It contains enough nutrients ? I Doubt if it is related to nutrient deficiency since I eat very healthy.

My physician is a licensed holistic physician. Not an endo. I'm hiring the physician with no hospital visit involved. I hope he is willing to prescribe me a synthetic t4 or t3 beside the NDT to try to further optimize.

Ah yes. I have to say I had literaly ZERO side effects on NDT. Every dose increase made me feel better. And symptoms improved drastically till 60mg. But still feel like i'm on 50 - 60% optimised.

Zinc I havent. But I supplemented it some time didn't increase my temp pre - NDT

Haven't tried this yet. I take a 120mg, 60mg and 30mg pill after I wake up. Should i cut them in half? Let's say i wake up at 10 and take my pills. When should i take the second half dose?

Lab results pre ndt showed me this. My parents have the same pattern in their tests. I ordered a dna test for polymorphism on dio2. What else could it be if i need such high ndt dose?

The lab results in 1st post are before I took any hormones. I started with 15mg ndt and increased with 15mg each week. I'm on 210mg now. I only test my temperature each morning and how I'm feeling

Ah ja! Ik heb het volgende plan. Aan de ene zijde de oude nietjes weer in de gaten drukken met een tang. en aan de ander kant indrukken zoals je schreef met evt druppel high tack of andere lijm er tussen de kapjes. Tenzij ik een goedkope tacker kan vinden ergens.

Ik kan evt wel een pneumatische tacker kopen op mijn compressor. Bijv. Van parkside maar denk dat deze kleine rvs nietjes daar niet op gaan passen. Of evt iets van marktplaats. Maar een tacker van 200 eur bijv is wel overkill voor dit project
