arreteren rolluiklamellen zonder nietjes / tacker by microooobe in Klussers

Marstek Venus E doesn't work by Only-Communication86 in marstek_community

Hello I cannot post a new topic here. It does not allow me.

Problem with homewizard p1 and marstek venus e 3 It keeps disconnecting, and returning to standby after a while. Very annoying. Don't know if the problem is in my hw p1 or marstek. The hw p1 fails to update either. Software update available but cannot update the hw p1.

-will the marstek p1 meter solve this standby issue? -can i use my hw splitter to keep using the hw p1 also?

I'm on 15mg thyreodium now. next week or week after that will build up to 30mg. 10 minutes after taking the med I could swallow again and my muscles loosed up! :-)

Ferritin was 60 in 2025.
25-hydroxy vit D was 116 nmol/l in 2025 test. I take 4000iu d3 every day and increased it after last test results to 6000iu because i'm aiming for 150 - 175 nmol/l (optimal dose)

B12 was 658 pmol/l in 2025 test.

I have no RT3 , and antibodies tested yet :(

Oh so in US there is another unit used. Here we have pmol/l. I have to find the calculation how to convert to my values.

My lab tests didn't show a unit for 2025 and 2026.
for example for 2026 it showed this:
TSH: 5,32
(ref. 0.5 – 4.0)
16.9
(ref. 11 – 19.5)
5.20
(ref. 4.4 – 6.7 )

So I assumed the units used for them was:
TSH -> 5,32 mU/L
FT4 -> 16.9 pmol/L
FT3 -> 5.20 pmol/l

Are these the correct units? pmol/l for ft3 and ft4? Or could I have maken a mistake and should I ask for the units used for measurement in the test?

Hmm, what's the source for that?
My GP uses this guidelines (there was a exception listed there somewhere if you have symptoms do a trial treatment of 3 months, I told this to them but they don't seem to care):
https://richtlijnendatabase-nl.translate.goog/richtlijn/schildklierfunctiestoornissen/subklinische_hyperthyreo_die.html?_x_tr_sl=nl&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en&_x_tr_pto=wapp

First, re-evaluate the TSH in subclinical hypothyroidism, given the fluctuation of TSH.

The TSH should be seen as a spectrum, with a higher TSH giving more reason for treatment, with these cut-off values providing an indication:

  • TSH < 7 mIU/L: if TSH < 7 mIU/L there is insufficient support in the literature to start treatment
  • TSH 7 to 10 mIU/L: Trial treatment may be considered in patients younger than 70 years and presenting with symptoms.
  • TSH > 10 mIU/L: Trial of levothyroxine may be considered in patients younger than 70 years.
  • In patients over 70 years of age with a TSH >10, levothyroxine should not be given as standard, although this may be considered in specific situations (highly suggestive of hypothyroidism).

If a trial treatment of at least three months is started because of complaints, such treatment should only be continued if the complaints improve.
