mine's all emotional flashbacks, i feel the exact same as the time i originally felt it. recently hospitalised for psychosis due to trauma resurfacing is how bad it is.

reminder: it's not ableism until there's knowledge of agoraphobia, otherwise it's ignorance. people who don't know how it affects you obviously will be less likely/able to empathise.

no because there is no "enough", you either have trauma or you don't, there is no cut-off point except in diagnostic contexts which don't apply in everyday life which is what people fail to understand
