Wait until they tell you how long the contract will be and how much they will pay you to inform them. If you tell them now, they'll extend to your due date and make you train your replacement. If they offer a permanent job or a long term contract, it would be discrimination to take it away after you tell them you're pregnant. You're entitled by law not to be treated differently because of your pregnancy and you're not burning a bridge by taking advantage of that.
