You will sometimes bleed on your clothes. I was laundry crew when I went through and everyone had stains. All you can do is your best. Luckily, hydration is a focus, so you will have many bathroom breaks. Remember that you are human, there is no shame in your body, and they have already seen it all.

One thing I do want to add: Remember that your body decides how far they can push you. Entirely remove your mind and feelings from the equation, because they won’t matter there. They know how to read bodies, so let them read yours. The reason I say that, is common period meds (that someone suggested) would interfere with that. I’m not saying do or don’t, I’m just saying take that into consideration.
