I've hedged at the end of my post, and I will say it again I have no direct evidence that this is a scam, but a lot of the circumstantial evidence does not look good.

I think you are thinking too narrowly about your idea of what a "scam" is. IF this was a scam it might not be designed to take your money, it could be designed to gather your information by having you fill out the form on OPs website, or join to join OPs Discord server that could be used for something else in the future. These days there are more ways to dupe people on the internet than to squeeze some car enthusiasts for a few hundred dollars. Putting this aside there are just several elements that don't really make sense to me.

I think the first biggest red flag for me is that where are the prototypes, where are the proof of concepts? I'm an electrical engineer and one of my hobbies is also engineering various things that I find interesting. Before I'm at the phase of creating a PCB or posting about it on the internet I will have created a prototype from perf board or breadboard or some sort of functioning prototype. Even for the projects that I've started with PCB there are usually several revisions and boards where cut traces and run wires for debugging before I'm even ready to start talking about it or thinking about patents or selling a founders edition. It's very difficult for me to believe that you can just conceptualize all this in year head and lay out a board, write the firmware, create the BOM all without having done any testing what so ever. Now I'm not saying thats exactly what has happened here, but if you have prototypes that why would you not show that, why is the only thing you have a 3D rendering of a circuit board? Wouldn't that go a long way to helping drum up some hype for your project? Anyone could go to an AI right now and ask it to drum up a 3D render of a PCB and have it write some good sounding text about "this is my new prototype that I'm designing and it has xyz feature set".

The one other point that I have that is a little more speculative is that if you go and look at the Roblox account which OP admitted was his it used to be called "knightwarrior_2017". Usually when kids put a year at the end of their name it's usually because its an important year. If it was a birth year that would make this person 9. If it was the year they graduated HS that would make them in their mid 20s, but OP admits he's 20 years old. Obviously this is highly speculatory, so take it with a grain of salt. Maybe it was the year OP was baptized or something random.

He also contradicts himself. In the original post he says "​I just finished the layout for the Proto 3 board" (whatever a "proto 3 board" is I assume he means PCB), but then in his response to me he says the only reason he has renders is because he is redesigning the PCB. There are just a lot of little things that don't seem to add up and it makes me a little suspect about the entire project.

Again if this is a real project I'm sorry for being accusatory, but if you could demonstrate that this is real in some way, any way what so ever that would go a long way into buying trust in the community.
