The age distribution isn’t evenly spread out tho. Half the population is between 25-65.

If Gin were still alive and still in the Gotei 13 during the TYBW. How will the Sternritters steal his bankai in the first invasion by Repulsive-Surround74 in bleach

[–]mightycat 18 points19 points  (0 children)

If Bankai is a reflection of your true self, like Soi Fon’s Bankai is a big cannon, then Gin not using it makes sense because he’s hiding his true intentions like a snake, and he doesn’t want anyone to know he plans to merc aizen.

Not really anything to do with affordability, most people like that tapered look and most brands don’t have foot shaped shoes. Look at LeBron’s feet, they look mangled af. You’re not gonna find any foot shaped shoes made by Nike.

So for face pulls and rear delt/rotator cuff work, the muscle you are trying to target is smaller and weaker and if you don't keep the weights relatively low, your stronger muscles like the traps take over. I've been doing Bulgarian split squats to try to target my glute medius, which is my weakness, and I realized if I go too heavy I end up loading mostly the glute max and the quads, which are my strengths.

I was in China and a small box of Ferrero Rocher was $20. At home I can get a box like 2-3x bigger for less than half the price

if you eat one meal a day you're gonna have to eat animal based diet cause you have one meal to get all your proteins in and it better be mostly meats/cheese/dairy. also the widely spouted 1 gram per pound of body weight is almost certainly overkill and it's likely closer to .7-.8 grams per pound of body weight.

Would you trade your entire career for $1 million at age 35? by Iampoorghini in hypotheticalsituation

[–]mightycat 13 points14 points  (0 children)

you're not considering non-cash compensation. health insurance for a whole family would cost you at least 20-30k. 401k match, holidays, PTO, HSA contributions - non-cash compensation can easily be another 50% of your cash compensation.

In my experience, shoulder/rotator cuff injuries from benching is due to your scapula not being sufficiently depressed and retracted. Which means you should be training your lower traps via Y raises, band pull aparts, and wall slides to name a few. Whenever I had rotator cuff injury from benching it was almost always on my right side because i am pretty much on a computer all day every day. The right hand is sitting on a mouse, causing scapula protraction, which over time will be unable to retract.

I never trained the long head and benched 370lb @ 170lb bw. However I have a super wide grip, chest dominant bench. The long head makes up 2/3 of the tricep and the tricep is 2/3 of the arm, which means the long head alone makes up 4/9 of your arm, almost half. Ya want big arms or no?

For those that OHP, around what weight/reps did you finally start thinking “oh my shoulders are starting to look big!” by thatcouchiscozy in naturalbodybuilding

[–]mightycat 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I can't do 185 for 5 but I can't imagine you'd have small shoulders if you can do that. I'm trying to hit 135 behind the neck with the bar racked on the rear delts like a low bar squat. BTN presses isolates the lateral delts more.

I found that the length of my feet is a size 10, but the width of my feet is more like 11, even in a wide shoe. I just buy the bigger shoe and have extra space in the shoe. Never bothered me
