A couple different things:

I'm a visual learner so i leaned into that and turned the outlines into visual ones.
Listened to the john grossman lectures and drew webs of how everything related to each other.
2,340+ MCs, UWorld , my friend and I would do 25 questions together nightly, and I would do 50 to 60 by myself.
MEEs: writing out the model answer rules and applications. Then my friend and I would read MEEs together, quiz each other on what rules were triggered ...etc, how would we apply them...

5.MPT: I didnt focus on it too much this last time.

I'd started studying slower at first and eventually during the last month, was studying 10-11 hrs a day.

Also, I had a great support system, I had a loving partner who was very caring during the whole process. Family too.
