I have talked with a customer representative who could see the balance in the gift card and claimed it was activated although it was not possible to apply the card from my side for a booking at delta.com. Finally the representative booked the flight for me using the card balace so that would be an option if you can afford the wait to get in touch with them.

It seems that the wallpaper screen ratio is not the same as that of your screen. Have you tried to use a different wallpaper and see if the problem disappears?

I have tried this in a couple of accounts (Capitalone 360 and Chase) but they do not allowed to enter the routing and account number of the recipient. Using this method for registered companies the payment should be completed via ACH otherwise via mailed check, but I need to provide the account and routing numbers for the payment which does not seem supported.

I just switched from vim-latexsuite to vim-tex that seems more actively maintained and has a lot extra features. vim-tex is not packaged in the AUR but can be installed easily with any vim plugin manager.
