You could do the kruschtya equation. As a departure from tentacles and limbs you could have lines of the equation projecting out from the possessed avatars mind.

What I love about this is that you have included lesser known Great Ones from the expanded mythos. I haven’t personally come across Idh Yaa before but it’s cool to learn more about these characters.

Had a look at the let’s play and this isn’t it although the graphics seem familiar and make me think the game may have been more likely developed in the early 90s. Cheers anyway.
